BCM’s Stellar Stock Program will be managed to make each Client’s account
replicate the current portfolio recommended by Mr. Schmidt in the Stellar Stock
Report and the associated e-mail updates. Your portfolio will be updated quickly and
accurately as the recommendations change. Never again will you have to worry
about the timing of the arrival of your newsletter or forgetting to call the hot line, or
check the e-mail updates.

The Stellar Stocks Program is an aggressive growth program which invests a
significant portion of the portfolio in smaller, fast growing firms which offer
significant appreciation potential. * This potential comes at the price of increased
volatility, so investors in the program should have at least a five year time horizon
for this investment and should be able to absorb significant short-term fluctuation
while we pursue our goal of above average capital appreciation.*

The Stellar portfolio will usually contain about 20 stocks when fully invested.
Several of these stocks are usually well established “household name” companies,
but the portfolio is considered non-diversified, so it is not appropriate for all of an
individual investor’s available investment capital. The appropriate amount to invest
depends on your personal situation (age, net worth) and your emotional capability to
assume risk. We can help you determine the appropriateness for your personal
situation if you desire, and we can also discuss alternative investment programs we
manage which are more conservative for the remainder of your portfolio.

Investment accounts are maintained at Charles Schwab & Company. BCM charges
a management fee to supervise the accounts (fee details available upon request), and
directs the transactions within the account through a Limited Power of Attorney
(LPOA).
